I provide accounting and taxation services and advice for a wide range of individuals from self-employed ‘sole trader’ businesses, CIS sub-contractors, landlords, employees and retired individuals. If you are required to submit a Self Assessment Tax Return to HMRC, please contact me.

I have a great deal of experience working with a large number of small, owner-managed businesses and limited companies across a wide range of business sectors including construction, automotive, retail and professional services. Services to companies and small businesses include preparation of annual financial statements, bookkeeping and management accounting, taxation compliance services, payroll and financial direction.

Charities, Social Enterprises and other Not For Profit Organisations

Charity and not-for-profit organisations often require specialist support and advice. Requirements of Charity Law and the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) mean considerable rules and regulations are adhered to. I have worked with a large number of such organisations over many years, and always ensure that my compliance and advisory services meet clients’ needs in a timely, cost-effective manner with well-placed added value.

As a Chartered Accountant, I am able to provide Independent Examination Services for Charities with a turnover up to £500,000 per annum. Where required, I am happy to attend at Trustees or Directors meetings to present and explain financial information.

I also work with a number of Clubs, Associations and Co-operative Societies, providing a full range of accounting and advisory services.
